8-week program: Welcoming self-love

1:1 GUIDANCE (ONLINE/OFFLINE)

On your 8-week journey, you’ll welcome & build the foundation of self-love. By cultivating self-compassion and acceptance, you’ll open up to seeing yourself honestly and without judgment. Together we dig deep through thoughts, emotions, limiting beliefs, and patterns to free you from old narratives that no longer suit you—and write new ones.

By connecting with your intuition, you’ll (re)discover the most radiant version of yourself, leaving the program feeling calm and confident in following your own path.

YOUR 8-WEEK PROGRAM INCLUDES:

An intake call to set your intentions for the program.
8 customized self-love sessions (60-90 min) to help release physical and emotional tension and create a calm and free state of mind. Depending on your needs, I’ll use one or more of the following tools in each session: coaching, yoga, meditation & Reiki.
8 journal workbooks to use in between our 1-on-1 sessions. To help you actively integrate self-love into day-to-day life.
Access to a self-love tools page with more than 20 recorded meditations & practices.
Email & Whatsapp support throughout our time together.

 

4-month program:
Embodying self-love

1:1 GUIDANCE (ONLINE/OFFLINE)

This 4-month journey is for women who know, deep down, you’ve neglected yourself for too long—resulting in you feeling exhausted or even burned out. Now is the time for you to reclaim your power.

Besides building a solid foundation of self-love (as we do in the 8-week program), we will focus on trauma release (big or small), overcoming fears, reframing limiting beliefs, and regaining that beautiful feminine energy. By embodying self-love on a deep level, it will become your natural state of being. You’ll walk away with mental clarity, feeling grounded in your body and empowered to take up space.

YOUR 4-MONTH PROGRAM INCLUDES:

12 customized self-love sessions (60-90 min) to help release physical and emotional tension and create a calm and free state of mind. Depending on your needs, I’ll use one or more of the following tools in each session: coaching, yoga, meditation & Reiki.
