During your one-on-one journey, I will help you welcome ease, softness, and strength into your body, all in the comfort of your own safe space.

Whether you’re a first-timer on the mat or an advanced yogi, together, we’ll work on understanding and feeling the yoga postures on a new level. Within this private journey, you will learn how spirituality can bring more depth to your moments on the mat and everyday life. Using the wisdom of the Yamas and Niyama, I’ll create 10 tailor-made sessions just for you. Focussed around your personal wishes, together, we’ll bring your yoga practice to new heights.

Beautiful moms-to-be, firstly, congratulations on such an exciting time. To celebrate this special moment in life, I’ve created a private pre and post-natal yoga journey specifically designed for new moms and moms-to-be. Everybody is different, and so is every pregnancy. Therefore, I offer individual support, taking care of what feels right for you.

Calming the body and mind
Yoga is especially beneficial in relieving back pain, maintaining strength, and keeping a calm mindset to prepare for labor and a quick recovery. Based on what trimester you’re in, we’ll work on creating a loving connection to both yourself and your little one.

Becoming a mother is one of life’s greatest gifts, but the physical, mental, emotional, and hormonal changes can make it quite overwhelming. Your private journey will help you stay calm and grounded while working towards giving birth and being the mother of a newborn. Don’t lose yourself in only taking care of others, dear mom. You can’t pour from an empty cup.


➼ ➼ Do you find anxiety, insecurity, and prenatal depression are clouding this special time? The life-changing experience of becoming a mother leaves lots of women out of touch. To help you reconnect, feel grounded, and empowered as both a woman and in your new role as a mom, I’ve created a self-love program to guide & support you during your transformation into motherhood.
